Terms of Service

The conditions for using MC Toolkit: what you may do with the output, what the site does not guarantee, and the limits of liability.

By using MC Toolkit you agree to what follows. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What you may do

Use the tools for anything — private worlds, public servers, YouTube videos, commercial maps, teaching. Output you generate is yours. Commands, JSON, datapacks, resource packs and images produced by these tools carry no licence obligation to us and need no attribution.

You may link to any page here freely.

What you may not do

  • Scrape or mirror the site wholesale, or redistribute it as your own
  • Attempt to disrupt the service or the hosting it runs on
  • Use the site to build content that infringes someone else's rights

The site is provided as-is

The tools are offered without warranty of any kind. In particular:

  • Formulas can be wrong or go out of date. Minecraft changes with every release. A

calculator that matched the game last version may not match this one.

  • Generated commands and files may not do what you intend. Test on a copy.
  • Availability is not guaranteed. The site may be unavailable, changed or withdrawn

at any time.

Back up your worlds

Several tools read save files. They are read-only by design and do not modify anything on disk, but you should still have a backup before working with a world you care about. We cannot recover data, and we accept no responsibility for lost worlds.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MC Toolkit and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site or anything produced with it, including lost worlds, corrupted saves, server downtime or lost time.

Third-party content

The site links to external resources and may embed third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or behaviour.

Not affiliated with Mojang

MC Toolkit is an independent fan project. It is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. Game names, terms and assets referenced here belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is always the one on this page. Questions go to mcmod.contact@gmail.com.
