About MC Toolkit

What MC Toolkit is, who runs it, and the three rules the site is built on — everything runs in your browser, nothing needs an account, and every tool works in your language.

MC Toolkit is a collection of Minecraft generators, calculators and visual builders that run entirely in your browser. No account, no download, no upload of your files to anyone.

Three rules

1. It runs on your machine. Every tool here is client-side JavaScript. When you load a level.dat, convert a resource pack or read a map.dat, the file is parsed in your browser and never leaves it. There is no server holding your world data because there is no server involved at all.

That is also why the site does not slow down when it gets busy — the work happens on your computer, not ours.

2. No account, ever. Nothing here is gated behind a sign-up, an email or a paywall. There is no login because there is nothing to log in to.

3. It works in your language. The tools are translated into fifteen languages, and not by machine. Game terminology comes from Mojang's own translation files, so a crafting table is called what it is called in your copy of the game, not a literal translation of the English word.

What is here

Command generators for /give, /summon, /execute and the rest. Calculators for enchantment order, XP, mining speed, crop growth and portal coordinates. Builders for datapacks, resource packs, banners, loot tables and structures. Browsers for recipes, tags, biomes, structures and mob drops.

Alongside them, a growing set of written guides — not tool descriptions, but answers to the questions people actually hit while playing.

Java and Bedrock

Most tools cover both editions and say clearly which output belongs to which. Where a mechanic genuinely differs — light levels for spawning, /give component syntax, worldborder behaviour — the tool shows both rather than pretending they are the same.

Accuracy

Formulas come from the game's own behaviour, not from estimates. Where a calculator implements something like the anvil prior-work penalty or the random-tick crop growth rate, it uses the real rule, and the guide that accompanies it explains where the number comes from.
